Bob Corker is continuing his campaign of deceit across Tennessee and he continues to lie about Congressman Ford's record on immigration.Corker is trying to put into voters' minds that Ford is weak on immigration and security, however, that could not be further from the truth.
The Commercial Appeal reports, "...he voted for the two toughest illegal immigration bills to reach the House floor in recent years: one that passed Thursday to build 700 miles of fence along the Mexican border, and a comprehensive bill last December authored by anti-illegal immigration conservatives. The Senate passed its own bill, and the two chambers have not agreed on a compromise."
I think that speaks for itself.
Instead of lying about Congressman Ford on immigration, Bob should check himself as he is the one with the flaws in his record.
What Bob doesn't want you to know is that in 1988 he hired illegal immigration to work for his construction company. He was cited by the INS and and took no action to correct it. And now he is lying about the incident, not surprisingly.
The bottom line is, Bob Corker broke the law to enrich himself.
That alone makes him unfit to be our next U.S. Senator.
It is time for a change.
