The support for Congressman Harold Ford Jr. and his candidacy for the U.S. Senate continues to grow every day.The blogger at the Truth of the Matter! blog is just the latest to publicly announce their support for Congressman Ford.
As someone who voted for George Bush ( twice) I and other Republicans I have come to the conclusion that they all must go! The time is now and nothing short of them leaving should be satisfactory. The Democrats must come up with a plan. Just opposing the Republicans with no sound ideas just play into the Republicans hands. It was appalling when the Democrats in the State of the Union stood up and appalled when the President mentioned not being able to get any kind of Social Security reform done last year. As that song says " what was I thinking"!
That will be seen over and over again in races across the country this fall. Hillary Clinton's comments about this being the "worst administration in history" are just more fodder for the Republican money machine! Her comments were just plain stupid
I have decided to support Harold Ford Jr. For the U.S. Senate against any of the Republicans.
Although I am sure we don't agree on some issues this is a man who is not afraid to defend his actions and take responsibility for them!
