Ford Jr. delivers the keynote address at the 139th Convocation Ceremony.Congressman Ford represents the Ninth District of Tennessee and is now serving his fifth term in the House of Representatives. He was born on May 11, 1970 in Memphis, TN and is the eldest son of former U.S. Representative Harold E. Ford and Dorothy Ford. Congressman Ford received his bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 and his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 1996."
