In his second television ad of the political season, Congressman Harold Ford Jr. once again demonstrates why he should be and will be the next U.S. Senator from Tennessee. In the ad, Ford, the five term Congressman from Memphis, stressed the importance for supporting our men and women in the workforce by helping them compete globally.Ford went on to lay out key initiatives that he believes will help the American workforce compete better in the global community:

- Supporting small businesses
Later Ford eluded that it will take a joint effort by government and business to get a grip on America's economic future and to make "America work, and keep Americans working."
