Is This Really News?

Yesterday, Blogging for Corker was touting the "news" the Chattanooga Free Press had endorsed Bob Corker.

Is this really news? I mean come one, it is Bob's hometown paper. Now it would have been news if they didn't endorse him, but this information is not worthy of being called news.

(Plus, I have heard through the grapvine that the editor of the Free Press Page, Lee Anderson, would endorse anyone that had a R beside their name...that is kind of evident by the wording of the op-ed)

This kinda of reminds me of the time a few weeks ago when the Corker camp decided to try to pass off the NRTL endorsement as breaking news, when it had already been announced weeks beforehand.

I know the Corker campaign is desperate for good news, but can you do any better than this?
