I found the following praise for Congressman Ford and his gas relief proposal over at the Freedom Democrats blog:"Democratic Congressman and Tennessee Senate candidate Harold Ford has come out in support of suspending the federal gas tax for 30 days, after which there will be a chance to consider if the suspension should be continued or not. I'm for the outright devolution of transportation policy back to the states and the elimination of the federal gas tax permanently. It's nice to see some Democrats open to the idea of easing the burden on working Americans."
This blogger is correct: It is great to see someone being open to the idea of easing the burden on working Americans.
Congressman Ford has shown he is dedicated to doing just that.
Too bad his opponents are still MIA on that whole notion.
